Over the past several years I have been on a journey of self discovery and healing. I found peace and balance with the practices of yoga, reiki, and ayurveda, along with using natural products in place of common store bought items that often contain toxins and dangerous ingredients. I reached a point where I naturally began to share many of these products and practices with others and Om & Flow was born.

In June 2021 I hit the road with my pup Kali to explore the US, we are currently cruising around in a Jeep soon to upgrade to RV living, you can follow our adventures on Facebook at Mar and Kali's Grand Adventure.
